The Behind the Glass Local Giveaway ("Promotion") is sponsored by:

The Promotion is open to legal residents of Ohio who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees and owners of Glasshouse Realty Group and members of their immediate households are not eligible to win.

Real estate agents affiliated with Glasshouse Realty Group are encouraged to engage with and share Behind the Glass content but are not eligible to win a prize.

The Promotion is subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

No purchase, real estate transaction, real estate referral, mortgage transaction, title transaction, or use of Glasshouse Realty Group or any affiliated or third-party service provider is required to enter or win.

The Promotion begins September 17, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time and ends October 15, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time ("Promotion Period").

Glasshouse Realty Group's computer and records will serve as the official timekeeping method for the Promotion.

Four weekly giveaway periods will occur during the Promotion Period.

During the Promotion Period, Glasshouse Realty Group will designate eligible Behind the Glass social media posts as giveaway posts on its official Facebook and/or Instagram accounts.

To enter a weekly drawing, follow the entry instructions contained in the designated giveaway post.

For Facebook and Instagram, the qualifying entry action will be leaving a comment on the designated giveaway postduring the applicable weekly entry period.

Unless otherwise expressly stated in these Official Rules, each person is limited to one eligible entry per designated giveaway post.

Likes, follows and shares are welcomed and appreciated but are not required to enter or win.

Participants may not use automated systems, bots, scripts, multiple fraudulent accounts, or other methods intended to circumvent the entry limitations.

Entrants must not inaccurately tag themselves or another person in content associated with the Promotion.

This Promotion is a public social media promotion and is not a real estate referral program.

No entry, additional entry, increased odds, prize, benefit, or other thing of value will be provided in exchange for:

• Referring a buyer, seller or other real estate customer
• Providing Glasshouse Realty Group with a real estate lead
• Providing another person's contact information as a prospective real estate customer
• Completing a real estate transaction
• Becoming a Glasshouse Realty Group client
• Using or selecting Glasshouse Realty Group
• Using or selecting Glasshouse Mortgage
• Using or selecting Armory Title
• Using or selecting any mortgage lender, title company, insurance provider, settlement service provider or other real estate-related provider

A participant's past, present or future business relationship with Glasshouse Realty Group or any affiliated company has no effect on eligibility, winner selection or odds of winning.

One winner will be randomly selected for each weekly drawing from all eligible entries received during the applicable weekly entry period.

There will be four winners total during the Promotion.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for each applicable drawing.

A person who wins one weekly drawing is not eligible to win another prize during the same Promotion.

Potential winners will be contacted by Glasshouse Realty Group through direct message or a reply to their qualifying comment on the social media platform used to enter.

Potential winners must respond within three calendar days of notification.

Glasshouse Realty Group may request information reasonably necessary to verify eligibility and deliver the prize.

If a potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the required time, is determined to be ineligible, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and Glasshouse Realty Group may randomly select an alternate winner.

Glasshouse Realty Group will never require a winner to pay money, provide banking information, purchase a product or service, complete a real estate transaction, or use a particular real estate service provider to claim a prize.

Each weekly winner will receive:

• One $50 gift card to an eligible local restaurant.
• Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of each prize: $50
• Number of prizes: 4
• Total ARV of all prizes: $200

The local restaurant will be selected or approved by Glasshouse Realty Group. Prize availability may vary by location.

No cash equivalent will be provided. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

Prizes may not be transferred or assigned.

Any taxes or expenses associated with accepting or using a prize that are not expressly included are the responsibility of the winner.

Information collected specifically for purposes of administering the Promotion will be used to administer the Promotion, verify eligibility, contact winners and deliver prizes.

Entering the Promotion does not constitute consent to receive marketing calls, text messages or emails from Glasshouse Realty Group.

Participation in the Promotion will not automatically enroll an entrant in a Glasshouse Realty Group marketing list.

Any opportunity to subscribe to future marketing communications must be presented separately from entry into the Promotion and will not affect eligibility or odds of winning.

By participating in this Promotion, each entrant releases Facebook and Instagram and their parent company, Meta, from liability associated with the Promotion to the extent permitted by law.

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Facebook or Instagram.

Participants understand that information submitted in connection with the Promotion is being provided to Glasshouse Realty Group and not to Meta, Facebook or Instagram.

Glasshouse Realty Group reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who attempts to manipulate the entry process, violates these Official Rules, uses fraudulent or automated methods of entry, interferes with the administration of the Promotion, or acts in a manner that undermines the fairness or integrity of the Promotion.

Glasshouse Realty Group reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify or terminate the Promotion if fraud, technical failure, platform disruption or another circumstance beyond Sponsor's reasonable control materially affects the integrity or proper administration of the Promotion.

If the Promotion is terminated early, Glasshouse Realty Group may select winners from eligible entries received before termination when reasonably practicable.

Sponsor's decisions regarding administration of the Promotion and eligibility of entries are final, subject to applicable law.

Participation in this Promotion is entirely independent of any real estate transaction.

Participants are not required to buy or sell real estate, become a Glasshouse Realty Group client, refer another person, obtain financing, use a title company, or select any particular settlement-service provider.

Doing so will not provide an additional entry, improve the participant's odds of winning, or otherwise affect participation in the Promotion.

A copy of these Official Rules will be available on the Behind the Glass Local Giveaway webpage throughout the Promotion Period.

Glasshouse Realty Group may modify the method of entry for future designated giveaway posts when reasonably necessary to comply with changes to Facebook or Instagram policies.

Any change will apply prospectively and will not invalidate otherwise eligible entries submitted before the change.
