The Glasshouse Housing Index is compiled from multiple publicly available data sources to provide the most accurate and comprehensive view of Ohio's housing markets.
We aggregate data from local MLS systems, Redfin's Data Center, Realtor.com, and the Federal Reserve Economic Data (FRED) database maintained by the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis. Each report cross-references multiple sources to ensure reliability.
Reports are updated monthly, typically within the first two weeks of the month. Data reflects the most recent complete reporting period — usually the previous month or quarter, depending on the data source's publication schedule.
