The riverfront setting at RiverScape MetroPark is stunning — a22-acre park with covered pavilions, walking trails, and gardens that make it one of the nicest public spaces in Southwest Ohio. Friday evening kicks things off at 5:30 PM, Saturday runs from 11:30 AM to 11:00 PM, and Sunday wraps up from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Rain or shine, this one's worth the trip.
Shelby County Fair

Sidney's Shelby County Fair is one of the oldest county fairs in Ohio, with a history stretching back well over 160 years. Running July 26 through August 1, it's a full week of agricultural exhibits, livestock competitions, 4-H showcases, amusement rides, demolition derbies, tractor pulls, and live entertainment — the kind of event where you can spend an entire day without running out of things to see.

The lineup features A Flock of Seagulls, Thomas Dolby, Tommy Tutone, The Motels, Animotion, The Escape Club, and The Producers — all on one stage, in one evening, under the summer sky.
Rose Music Center has become one of the premier outdoor concert venues in the Dayton area since it opened, with excellent sightlines, good acoustics, and a relaxed amphitheater setting that makes it easy to enjoy a full night of live music. Huber Heights is a growing community just north of Dayton, and this venue has become a major part of its identity. It's a great excuse to discover a corner of the metro you might not have explored yet.
